St Wilfrid, Burnsall     9.30 am every Sunday

2nd Sunday each month: Family Worship

Other Sundays: Common Worship Communion

Sunday services at St Wilfrid's are relaxed and friendly. Children are welcome to join in as much or as little of the service as they wish.

Some enjoy singing in the choir, others prefer to play with the toys and craft materials while others enjoy exploring the church.

It doesn't matter if they chatter or drop their toys - no doubt Jesus did the same when he was a child.

We have a toilet with baby changing facilities and there is plenty of space for pushchairs and baby carriers in church.

2nd Sunday.... Family Worship

St Wilfrid's, Burnsall 9.30am

It is hard to describe this relaxed and informal gathering - quite frankly anything could happen (and does). In previous months we have exploded bottles of pop, made marshmallow sheep and created a giant model of Caesarea Philippi. In our quieter moments we might read newspapers, eat croissants or bacon butties, light candles and burn incense. We will always have coffee after this service, and frequently during it.  If you are new to church, this may be an easy service to start with.

Our 5th Sunday celebration rotates three times each year between, Linton, Rylstone & Burnsall parish churches
